DARREN Ferguson is the new favourite to succeed Paul Hart as Portsmouth boss, according to Ladbrokes.
The former Peterborough manager is a 2/1 chance, following one-sided initial support. Previous market leader Avram Grant is out to 5/2, from 5/4.
Ladbrokes spokesman, Nick Weinberg, said: “Punters are putting two and two together and linking the out of work Ferguson with the Fratton Park vacancy. To say it’s been one-way traffic is an understatement.”
